Each Prenton Lingerie piece is carefully inspected prior to dispatch. As such, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. Should your order arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
